The face,millimetre by millimetre.
A maxillofacial and aesthetic surgeon, Dr Afshin Yousefpour devotes his practice to a single territory: the bones, tissues and features of the face. Rigorous analysis, for a result that no one notices.

A perfectionist surgeon.
Trained in maxillofacial surgery before turning to facial aesthetics, Dr Yousefpour approaches every request through anatomy. This dual background, functional and aesthetic, allows him to treat an orbital fracture and a face and neck lift with the same method: measure, plan, then operate.
Consultations take place in Waterloo, with no intermediary: the surgeon who sees you is the one who operates and follows you up.
Analysis before action
No operation is scheduled without a full facial analysis and standardised photographs. The surgical plan is based on measurements, not impressions.
A natural result as the only goal
A successful result goes unnoticed. It shows as a relaxed face, in keeping with your age and expression, that your family and friends simply find looking well.
Function before appearance
Breathing, chewing, closing the eyes, speaking: maxillofacial training means preserving function in every circumstance. That is what makes a result last.
A single point of contact
From the first consultation to the last check-up, the same surgeon follows you, operates on you and answers your questions.
Five disciplines, one territory: the face.
From orthognathic surgery to aesthetic medicine, each procedure is described in detail: duration, anaesthesia, recovery and the stages of the protocol.

Photographs are taken under standardised conditions: same framing, same lighting, same distance. It is the only honest way to assess a result.
Before and after, side by side, with the same framing. Every case is unique: a comparable result can never be guaranteed.

AfterRemoving the tumour, preserving the face.
This patient had a large tumour of the parotid gland, a pleomorphic adenoma. A parotidectomy removed it by separating the tumour from the facial nerve, which controls facial expression.
Photographs published with the patient’s consent. Every case is unique: a comparable result can never be guaranteed.
